Capitalization growth of the company is through achievement of the maximum satisfaction of consumers, through market share increasing, through perfection internal business-processes, through innovations and new kinds production development.

Brief history

1997 – The company was found for import of plastic packing, new goods for Russia.
Clients needs understanding in combination with skilful management allowed to the company to become the pioneer in the plastic packaging market, offering to manufacturers high-quality production.

1998 – The shareholders of the company took a decision to organize own manufacture, for this purpose were purchased and were put into operation two first extruding presses. Were started manufactiring of jerrycans and bottles.

1998 – Was signed a long-term contract with Cosmos for delivery of new injection machines for the Company. At the present, the 2rd generation of these machines work successfully in manufacturing departments of our company.

1999 – Turnover of the company exceeded 1 million dollars.

2000 – Sales office and the warehouse were opened in Moscow.

2002 – Turnover of the company exceeded 5 million dollars.

2003 – The first dryography machine for side walls printing of own manufactured buckets was installed and began to work. We were first who offered to clients hight quality printing on buckets with volume up to 20L..

2004 – Under initiative of Ford Motor Vsevolozhsk we begun cooperation within the limits of the project on localization of accessories for manufacture of Ford Focus I. Continental Plast received the status of Ford Motor Vsevolozhsk official supplier
2004 – The investment fund Quadriga Capital became a shareholder of the company. There was carried out the reorganization of the company aimed to resolution of ambitious strategic plans of shareholders.

2005 – New sales record – 24 million dollars.

2006 – Together with Husky Injection Molding Systems a complex for manufacture of 11 liter containers on the basis of machines Husky Hylectric 400 and 800 it was installed.. Productivity of the complex is 5 million pieces of containers of the highest quality degree in a year.

One of the competitive advantages of the company is that our spesialists are experienced in manufacture of the complete solutions for packing various kinds of production. By order of several international manufacturers we produce bottles and their packing. This offer is especially profitable for our clients, as they deal with one supplier who provides all manufacturing process and quality control. Then we take part in such projects we participate in all stages from design up to the end-product together with the customer .
At the present we have experience in following fields: manufacture of varnish-and-paint production, automotive chemicals, food production, household chemicals and personal hygiene.
During the year we are actively developing a technical moulding direction. We have experience of furniture accessories manufacture and goods for household.
Own construction department and skilled technicians allowed to adjust new products release of for the Ford Focus II in the shortest possible time.

Our system of quality management

At present we are actively improving basic business processes of our company and prepare to get the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Under the covenant, the certification will be spent by the TUV International company. Under this project we created quality management service which includes fully completed by the modern equipment laboratory. That provides both the incoming inspection of the basic kinds of raw material and stuff and quality of end product. In the following stages we plan to pass certification under HASSP and ISO TS 16949 standards.
